Our Experience
West Company’s surveying and mapping experience includes extensive ROW mapping and construction surveying for oil and gas industry clients with pipeline routes often exceeding 100 miles in length. Each year we survey and locate hundreds of oil and/or gas well locations throughout Texas and New Mexico. We have surveyed numerous acreage tracts and ranches ranging from a few acres up to several thousand acres. We have performed ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys on thousands of acres associated with numerous wind projects located in Texas. West Company has performed thousands of loan closing surveys on residential lots.
West Company's engineering experience includes land planning and rezoning; comprehensive plans; master plans; planned districts and individual site plans; preliminary and final platting; obtaining special use permits and highway crossing permits; designing water, sewer, paving and drainage system improvements; as well as design and construction details for pipelines and electric distribution lines. Individual project tasks have included: platting rights-of-way, the geometric design and preparation of plan and profile alignment sheets, and construction specifications for arterial streets.
