History of West Company of Midland, Inc.
Our firm was established in 1980 by John West and was then called John West Engineering. We were incorporated in 2000 as West Company of Midland. In 2005 management developed a growth plan focusing on expanding its surveying and engineering services to other cities and states focusing on West Texas in the beginning. With that process in motion West Company started another office in Abilene, Texas in 2005. In 2011, West Company ventured further west by opening its Phoenix, Arizona office. West Company expanded its knowledge and retrieved licenses in New Mexico, Oklahoma, Colorado, California, Kansas and Arizona.
West Company has a team of employees consisting of Professional Engineers, Engineers in Training, Registered Professional Land Surveyors, and Land Surveyors in Training possessing more than 100 years of experience in the fields of Civil Engineering, Land Planning, and Land/Pipeline/Transmission Line Surveying.
