Midland County Multi-Purpose Facility

West Company of Midland was contracted by Vandergriff Group Architects for the development of the Midland County Multi-Purpose Facility. The Midland County Multi-Purpose Facility is located in Horseshoe Addition, an Addition to the City of Midland, being an approximate 66-acre subdivision located in Section 4, Block 39, T-2-S, T & P RR Company Survey, Midland County, Texas. The project involved working with the City of Midland, Midland County and Texas Department of Transportation in the design of the infrastructure for this project. West Company of Midland was responsible for zoning and annexation and preparing the final plat of Horseshoe Addition, the preparation and approval of the drainage study, preparation of water, sewer and paving improvements, civil drawings for the site grading plan, dimensional control plat and provided construction surveys for the completion of the project.
