Dan Garlington

I grew up around the Midkiff, TX area in an oilfield camp (Humble Oil / Exxon) and rode a school bus 40 miles one-way to Rankin. I have lived in West Texas and primarily the Midland area my entire life and I tell people that living in Midland; I’ve seen “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly” at least three times. I’m the proud dad of two married daughters and three grandkids (so far). My oldest daughter attended Texas Tech and married a Nebraska Cornhusker and my youngest daughter attended The University of Texas and married an Oklahoma Sooner. Not only do we not discuss politics at family gatherings, we try not to discuss Big 12 sports but that rarely happens. We live for football season.
