I am the proud mother of 3 children, (Mike, Kim & Allison), and of 5 grandchildren, (Alysa, Haley, Cody, Octavian and Hector). I don’t get to spend as much time as I would like with them so I cherish the time I do. I graduated from Artesia High School in 1976 and moved back to Texas in 1988, told my dad I was going home (Texas) and I have lived in the Midland/Odessa area ever since. I enjoy my work and like spending time taking care of the horses, the dogs and working on my place. I just remodeled my bathroom and the next project is my mom’s bathrooms and then my back yard.

How did you end up at West Company? Max Richardson hired me at West Texas Consultants, and then in May 1993 I left with Max and Ben Fralin to start Richardson- Fralin, Inc., which became Richardson Engineering, Inc. John West Surveying Company purchased Richardson Engineering and then on to West Company of Midland, Inc. in October of 2000.
